Q: How do I book?
A: You can contact us by email, using the contact us form or just give us a call us.
Q: What time can I get into the apartment?
A: The apartment will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival.
Q: At the end of our holiday what time do I have to be out of the apartment?
A: 10am, we know it’s early but this is to allow time for the cleaners to get the apartment ready our next guests.
Q: How many people does the apartment sleep?
A: We only allow 2 people to stay in the apartment at any time. This can be 2 adults or an adult and a child.
Q: How do I get the keys to the apartment?
A: After full payment we will email you our welcome instructions. They will contain the combination to a key safe next to front door. A set of keys will be placed in there with a further set left in the safe in the apartment.
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: We accept payment by cheque of directly into our account over the phone/internet or over the counter at a local branch. Once you confirm that you want to book our apartment we will forward you the details by email.
Q: Is the apartment air conditioned?
A: The apartment has an air conditioning, this is on a pay to use basis. Currently it costs €1 for 2 hours
Q: Can I get wifi in the apartment?
A: Yes 600mb connection in the apartment for free
Q: Is there a safe?
A: There is a small electronic safe, which is provided at no extra cost.
Q: Is there a hair dryer?
A: Yes there is, but we rely on the honesty of guests!
Q: What do we do if there is a problem with apartment
A: Let us know and we will do what we can to get it sorted as quickly as possible.
Q: Does it cost extra to use the washing machine?
A: No
Q: Are towels supplied?
A: We supply towels for use within the apartment. We don’t supply towels for use around the pool or at the beach.
Q: Where can I park?
A: There isn’t any parking on the complex but there is a large free public car park at the rear of the complex, this can be quite busy at times. There a lot of other places nearby to park for free.
